The room was clean and spacious.
My experience was disappointing due to several factors. The hotel parking was quite far, about 200 meters from the entrance, uncomfortable to carry our suitcases. The breakfast selection was very limited, leaving us unsatisfied and searching for more options elsewhere.

We had an extra special stay at this low budget hotel. Spotlessly clean property, services where excellant and location was fantastic and lovely down the hill. Our twin room was great-sized and huge with very comfy beds. Separate bathroom was reasonably clean.

This hotel is a great value for money. Loved the location, so close to public transport and the old town. The room was spacious and clean. The soundproofing was really awesome. I enjoyed the decent breakfast, and the big pillows were super comfy. They cleaned the room every day, a plus for me.
had a couple of issues tho, staff could be a bit friendlier, and the water temp in the shower was kinda unstable at times.

good stay but needs finer touches
The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the well-functioning air conditioning that provided a cute escape from the summer heat. The location near a tram stop was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. Guests will enjoy the reliable Wi-Fi.
Some staff interactions felt a bit indifferent.

clean, friendly, very new, good breakfast (not great), about 10-15 minutes from downtown area on foot, very helpful at arranging transportation to/from airport

Stylish interior, Russian speaking staff, big TV.
The hotel was being renovated, sometimes it was noisy.

I had a fantastic stay with a comfortable room and a breakfast that had a great variety. The only downside was the inconsistent housekeeping, but I would still definitely return!

The hotel was in a good location about a 10 minutes walk from Charles Bridge and the old town. The Metro was a two min walk down the road and all the main trams ran on this line. With regards to the room the bed was really comfy and the black out curtains really helped! Bathroom was really clean and modern too. Would definately recommend this hotel and city and are already planning on going back!
The only downside of the hotel was there was no room service and only breakfast is served so make sure you eat before you get there if it's a late arrival. I would also recommend not using the mini bar you can get all drinks/ snacks from the tesco express around the corner. With regards to the trams we had difficulty knowing where to get the one day passes but I think the tesco sells them too if not they are availiable from the metro stations

Several of the staff people were very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was edible but not exciting or delicious. The location was a bit more removed than I originally thought.
